Shredded Pork with Cowpeas

Wash and shred pork

Wash cowpea and cut into sections
3.
Preheat the wok over the heat and add the lard
4.
Melt the lard and heat it up, pour in the shredded pork and stir fry
5.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce during the period
6.
Pour the cowpea and stir fry
7.
Add appropriate amount of salt during the period, in order to prevent adding appropriate amount of water during sticking
8.
Stir-fry for five to ten minutes.
