Carrots are cooked and eaten. My children don’t like it. Today I changed the method. I cut into shreds with green peppers and shredded pork. The shredded pork is specially added with chicken powder, a test product. The marinated meat is more delicious and smooth. Also love it, a very fragrant dish.

Shredded Pork with Green Pepper and Carrot

1. Prepare radishes and green peppers

2. Shred Lean Meat

3. Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and chicken powder, mix well and marinate

5. Wash and shred green peppers

6. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant

7. Add shredded pork

Tips:
