Shredded Pork with Leek

Wash the leek and cut into sections for later use. Put the shredded pork with soy sauce, ginger and soy flour to mix evenly. Put vinegar, sugar, salt and a small amount of water in a bowl and mix it into gorgon juice!

Put the fat in the frying pan first and fry

Then add the soaked chili and shredded pork and stir fry

Put the leek stalk and fry a few times, then add the leek yellow leaves, stir fry until the leek is broken, add the gorgon juice to thicken the oil and start the pot!
