Cold side dishes must be simple, refreshing, and quick. This is my principle of cooking. Potato has high protein nutritional value. It contains a variety of vitamins and inorganic salts. It can be used as a vegetable to make delicacies or as a staple food. Today I made a cold potato shreds. In order to increase nutrition, I added some dried eggs and leeks to make the texture and taste better.
