1. Youyi Fresh Basil Vegetable and Fruit Salad Sauce

2. Potatoes after peeling and peeling are not oxidized

3. Shred potatoes easily, no juice at all

4. Take a closer look

5. Add cold water

6. Soak the sliced potato shreds in cold water for 10 minutes

7. Boil water in a pot

8. Prepare another bowl of cold water

9. Bring to a boil and add a spoonful of salt

11. Boil again for 5 minutes

12. Cook it, remove it and put it in cold boiling water

Tips:

1. Potato shreds soaked in water to remove starch and boiled potato shreds will not be soft
2. The cooking process cannot be too long
3. Too much cold boiled potato shreds will be more refreshing
