Shredded Potato

Peel and shred potatoes, and wash 2 times in clean water;

Shred the green pepper, mince the garlic, and cut the onion into sections for later use.

Put the washed potato shreds in boiling water and boil for 1 minute, remove and put in ice water, and drain the water.

1. For potatoes, choose a variety with a smooth surface and a crispy taste, which is suitable for making cold potato shreds.
2. The blanched potato shreds can be placed in ice water, or placed in a cold boiled dish, drained of water, added with plastic wrap, and refrigerated in the refrigerator to enhance the crispy taste.
