Shredded Potato

Shred potatoes and carrots, soak potatoes in cold water

Boil water into the potato shreds. Bring it to a boil again to taste. Take it out immediately. Rinse it in cold water repeatedly. The same goes for the carrot shreds.

Soak carrot shreds and potato shreds in cold water again for later use
4.
Remove the silk and let it dry, add a few drops of chili oil, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and syrup, mix well
5.
Fish out and plate
