Cold potato shreds are simpler than fried potato shreds. Stay away from oily smoke, the favorite dish of lazy people. Don't think that simple is not delicious. Cold potato shreds are more refreshing than fried potato shreds, delicious, sour, and spicy, and the more you eat, the more enjoyable it is.

Shredded Potato

1. The potatoes are peeled and shredded. The thinner the potatoes, the better. This requires a certain amount of knife skills. Cut potato shreds, soak in clean water, remove and drain the water

2. Use a boiling pot, fill in the right amount of water, cover and boil, then put in the potato shreds, add a little salt, and cook the potato shreds.

3. Remove the shredded potatoes immediately after they are cooked. Put them in the pot for too long in cold water, the shredded potatoes will not be crispy.

4. Clean the pot for boiling potatoes, fill it with some water again, boil it, put in the washed bean sprouts, blanch them, remove and drain the water.

5. Put potato shreds and bean sprouts into a large bowl. Then add the chopped peppers and chives. Then pour in vinegar, chili sesame oil, olive oil, light soy sauce and mix well

6. Chili can be added as you like, spicy cold potato shreds.

Tips:

The potato shreds should be very finely chopped, soaked, and the boiled potato shreds are crispy. The paprika has increased and decreased its own taste. Old vinegar is more mellow than white vinegar
