Shredded Potato Pancakes

Peel the potatoes and cut into shreds, soak in water for a while
2.
Mix the shredded potatoes, flour, green onion and ginger, heat up the pan, fry in the pan, poke evenly with chopsticks
3.
Break the two eggs and slowly pour them down and continue frying
4.
Turn it over, continue frying on the other side
Tips:
Potatoes can be replaced with any vegetables you like
