Shredded Radish Porridge with Minced Pork

Prepare the ingredients (the rice is soaked ten minutes in advance).

After washing the rice, put it in an electric pressure cooker and cook without tightening the lid.

While cooking the porridge, chop the lean meat into minced meat, add salt, peanut oil, water, and shredded ginger after chopped.

Peel the white radish and cut into thin strips.

Add the shredded white radish after the porridge is boiled.

Continue to cook until it is thick and add the minced meat while stirring constantly with a spoon to prevent the minced meat from clumping together. Finally, add some salt and a small amount of soy sauce.
Tips:
1. After the minced meat is chopped, add a small amount of water, mix well, and make it slightly thinner, so that it will not easily form a block when it is put into the porridge.
2. Children who do not eat ginger can be replaced with ginger nuggets.
