Shredded Squid with Wasabi

Shred the washed onion and cut the parsley into sections.

Pour the Huadiao wine into a pot of boiling water, and then add the cut shredded squid to blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove the blanched squid out of the water and cool it for later use.
4.
Pour the prepared ingredients into a large bowl, add mustard oil, salt, balsamic vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well.
5.
Plate.
