Shrimp and Asparagus

Prepare materials

Wash the asparagus and cut it into small pieces diagonally, then chopped green onion and set aside

Decaps the cooked shrimp, cut it from the back and flip it

Stir the scallions in a hot oil pan, add the asparagus and stir fry, add a little bit of flavour

Add fresh shrimp, add a little salt and stir fry evenly

Add a little thin water starch to dry the soup

Add a little sesame oil, stir fry evenly, turn off the heat

Tips:
1. The raw shrimp is rolled into a shrimp ball directly, and the cooked shrimp is cut open for deliciousness.
2. The water starch should not be too thick, and the vegetables will be shiny after harvesting.
