Shrimp and Broccoli

Boil the Jiwei shrimp and peel it off. Don't cook it too old. Take out the shrimp after it turns red;

The broccoli has been blanched, and the broccoli will ripen quickly, and the color will turn green for a while, and it will be installed;

Add a small amount of oil under the oil pan to saute the minced ginger and garlic;

Add shrimp, add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry for a few times, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for a few seconds, turn off the heat, pour in broccoli, mix, and set;

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce evenly on the vegetables, and pour the oil on the vegetables from a separate oil pan. It's really fragrant and delicious.
Tips:
Don't overcook broccoli and shrimp, it will lose nutrients.
