Shrimp and Cheese Baked Rice

Prepare the required ingredients, dice carrots and onions, slice crispy intestines, chop cabbage, wash the shrimps, add some cornstarch and mix them for later use.

Heat the pan, melt the butter in the pan, add the onion and carrot and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the shrimp and continue to stir fry.

After the shrimp turns red, add the crispy sausage and stir fry for a few times.

Add hoisin sauce and appropriate amount of water, add black pepper and sea salt to taste, stir well and turn off the heat.

Spread the rice flat into a baking bowl.

Pour half of the fried ingredients and sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Pour in the remaining half and spread the shredded cabbage.
9.
Sprinkle a thick layer of cheese on top.
10.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
11.
Enjoy it out of the oven.
