Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice

1. Shrimp shelled and shrimp line, marinate with oil, salt, light soy sauce and corn starch;

2. Cut celery into small cubes for later use;

3. Beat eggs, add oil, salt, chopped green onion;

4. Heat the pan, sauté the prawns until they are eighty mature;

5. Pour in the egg liquid and fry together, then serve and set aside;

6. Reheat the oil pan, add the celery and sauté until fragrant;

7. Pour in rice and stir well;

8. Add salt and light soy sauce to taste;

9. Add the scrambled eggs and shrimps and stir-fry again!
