Shrimp and Green Vegetable Dumplings

1. Put flour and water into the noodle maker to start the kneading function, and stand still for more than half an hour after kneading.

2. Wash the river prawns.

3. Peel the river prawns into shrimps for later use.

4. Wash the hind legs and chop into minced meat.

5. Put the chopped meat into salt, cooking wine, and shallots in a little water and stir evenly.

9. Stir well and the dumpling filling is ready.

10. After standing still for half an hour, the noodle machine starts the automatic appearance function. The dumpling skin came out.

11. Use a mold to press out the dumpling wrappers.

12. This is the dumpling wrapper.

13. Take dumpling wrappers and stuff them with shrimps and vegetables.

14. Wrap the dumplings as shown in the picture.

15. Put the dumplings after the water is boiled. The cooked dumplings are especially delicious with chili sauce.

Tips:

When boiling dumplings, tap cold water twice after boiling, and wait until the dumplings are fully floated and swollen.
