A delicious dish, the taste is delicious.

Shrimp and Mushroom Soup

1. Wash the seafood mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and slice the shiitake mushrooms.

2. Wash and chop the shallots and parsley.

3. Wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp line.

4. Heat oil in a pan and add shallots and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add mushrooms and stir fry.

6. Add shrimp and stir fry.

7. Add some very fresh soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

8. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.

9. When cooked, add the coriander and turn off the heat and add some salt.

Tips:

Mushrooms can also be blanched and then fried.
