Shrimp Balls
1.
Put baking powder in the flour, beat in eggs, put some light soy sauce, add water to make a batter
2.
Cut the shrimp into sections and marinate with cooking wine, pepper, and salt. I’m afraid I’m not familiar, so I’ll use the microwave to high heat for 30 seconds.
3.
Prepare diced cabbage and corn kernels
4.
Grease the mold and pour 8 minutes into the batter
5.
Add shrimp, corn kernels, and cabbage in turn
6.
Pour the batter on top
7.
Turn it over 90 degrees first, then add the batter
8.
Flip the dough and roll into a ball. If it is crisper, brush some oil and fry for a while
9.
Take out and coat with teriyaki sauce, katsuobushi and tomato sauce
Tips:
Turn off the heat when the shape is finalized, and then turn on the power after a while.
