Shrimp Boiled Shredded Radish

The prawns must be washed.

Peel the radish, wash and shred.
3.
Add oil in a hot pan and fry the prawns to get the oil.

Then add 750ml of water.
5.
Add shredded radish and chopped green onion and ginger.
6.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, add salt to taste before serving.
Tips:
Do not use MSG to make this dish, just add some chicken essence if needed.
