Shrimp Fried Gourd Melon

Ingredients: dried shrimp, zucchini, peanut oil, salt, red pepper flavor grade fresh chicken essence

Wash the dried shrimp with bubbles

Wash and slice zucchini with salt water bubbles

Garlic slices, red pepper diced

Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic slices and fry for a fragrance, stir fry with shrimps for a fragrance

Pour in zucchini slices and stir-fry

Add a little bit of flavour

Stir the high heat and turn to low heat, and simmer the flavor of the shrimp into the zucchini

Add salt and diced red pepper to sauté the zucchini until soft
10.
Add chicken essence to taste
Tips:
If you don’t have shrimp, you can use shrimp skin instead. Don’t fry for long
