Shrimp Hot Noodle Soup

Wash the shrimp and remove the head, open the back and remove the sand line

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and carrots, add salt and a little light soy sauce, and fry the shrimps until cooked. You can also put the shrimp in the noodle soup and cook it. Personally, I think it's better to fry it in advance, otherwise the taste will melt into the soup and the shrimp will lose its taste.
