Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

The prawns should be cut off the top corners, beards and legs of the prawns, and the intestines should be removed, rinsed and set aside.

Mix tomato sauce, Zhenjiang vinegar, soy sauce, water, sauce, chicken powder, pepper and sugar.

Heat up a wok, drop 2 tablespoons of oil, sauté the dried onion, ginger and garlic, add the prawns, fry on both sides over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, cover the wok and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir well, serve on a plate, sprinkle with diced green onions and serve.
