Shrimp, Leek and Egg Dumplings

The eggs are cooked and shoveled.

Wash the shelled shrimp line.

Shrimps are patted loosely and minced.
4.
Chopped green onions, chopped ginger.

Minced eggs, shrimp filling, green onion, minced ginger, thirteen incense, white pepper, sesame oil, cooked oil, MSG and mix well.

Divide the meat filling in half, and mix one with chives. Another portion mixed with zucchini. Seen in another recipe of mine.

You can roll out the dumpling wrappers you bought yourself. I don't like rolling out in hot weather. Wrap it, steam it in a pot, and boil it for about 5 minutes.
8.
It's steamed.
