1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Bring the water to a boil, cook the noodles until they are eighty mature, remove them, drain the water, heat the oil and mix well.
3.
For fresh prawns, remove the shell and take the meat, slice a knife on the back of the shrimp, about 2/3 of the shrimp meat.
4.
Cut the leek sprouts into small pieces, and dice the fragrant dried. Prepare some chopped green onions and water starch.
5.
Boil water, blanch the fragrant dried, and shrimps.
6.
Put oil in the pan, add the noodles, and fry them on medium-low heat until the two sides are golden brown.
7.
Save the bottom oil, sauté chopped green onions, add boiling water, chicken juice, salt, and sugar to a boil.
8.
Add fragrant dried, shrimp, chive sprouts.
9.
Add water starch and mix thoroughly.
10.
Pour the toppings on the fried noodles.
Tips:
1. When frying the noodles, keep turning the pan, and pour oil on the noodles several times to heat the noodles evenly.
2. Fry the noodles and turn them over with a spoon. I used a shovel to shovel all over the bottom and turn it over carefully.
3. The topping should be slightly thicker, so that the noodles will remain crispy when poured on top of the fried noodles.
4. Two-sided yellow should be cooked and eaten now, and should not be stored for too long.
5. This pasta can be eaten with shredded egg soup.
