Shrimp Skin Roasted Kelp and White Radish

Kelp shreds are steamed in advance and can be washed clean.

Cut ginger into slices, green onions into rings, and parsley into sections.

Take an appropriate amount of dried shrimps. (However you want)

Wash and peel the radish and cut into pieces with a hob.

Add oil and pepper to a pan and stir fry until fragrant.

Add shrimp skin and ginger and stir fry until the color changes.

Add green onions and fry until golden brown, add water and boil until the soup is milky white.
