Shell the shrimp and remove the gut, marinate with a small amount of salt and white vinegar for a while

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add twice the warm water and stir well, sieve twice, take two shrimps and chop the puree into the bowl

Cover with plastic wrap, pierce a few small holes with a toothpick, and steam in a steamer for 4 minutes

Tips:
The shrimps are marinated in white vinegar for a while to get rid of the fishy eggs. It is best to sift them twice and make them more delicate.
