Shrimp Wanton

Preparation of various materials.

Wash the lean meat and chop finely; remove the prawns, chop half of the prawns, and half chop coarsely; peel and chop carrots; chop ginger and chives.

Put all the chopped fillings into the mixing bowl, add 1 egg, 5ml of seafood light soy sauce, 3g of salt, 5g of ginger, 2g of thirteen incense, 5ml of scallion oil, and stir well to make the filling.

Take a wonton wrapper, hold it in your hand, and put an appropriate amount of wonton material on it.

Wrap it into a shape you like.

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt when the water is boiled, swallow and boil in the pot.

When the water is boiled again, add a small bowl of cold water until the wonton floats and the wonton is cooked.

Serve with a bowl and sprinkle chopped green onions.
Tips:
1: Save half of the shrimp, don't chop it too much, it tastes better when you eat it.
2: The chilled shrimp used by the elves also tastes great.
3: Wonton wrappers are ready-made. If you roll your own wrappers, you can add eggs to the flour to make it more vigorous.
4: If you like fatter, you can use pork belly.
5: For heavy flavors, you can add a proper amount of spicy chili peppers after serving, just like Chongqing's hand-picked hands.
6: I ran out of olive oil at home, so I added self-refined scallion oil.
