Shrimp Wanton Noodles

Prepare the required materials

Chop the fatty meat and shrimp into puree, wash the seaweed and chop finely, wash the shrimp and set aside

Add green onion, minced ginger, salt, chicken essence, fish sauce, cooking wine to the shrimp paste

Pour water into the pot and add some dried noodles

Put an appropriate amount of water in another pot and add the broth

Add small shrimps and seaweed to boil

Pour into a noodle bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
The spoiled shrimp is not edible. Try not to eat shrimps that are reddish, soft, and sluggish. The shrimp thread on the back of the shrimp should be picked out and not eaten. Shrimp is a hair material and should not be eaten by people with chronic diseases.
Shrimp should not be eaten if it is getting angry. For a small number of elderly people, especially those with allergic diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, bronchitis, and recurrent allergic dermatitis, shrimp should not be eaten.
