Shrimp Won Stew

The plum strips are first cut into shreds, and then stirred into a puree with a food processor. Peel the live prawns and use a toothpick to pick out the prawn thread for later use.

Cut the ginger into minced ginger and add it to the meat paste, then chop the shrimp into the meat paste and stir clockwise, then add a soil egg and stir evenly, then add cooking wine, cornstarch, light soy sauce, soy sauce, salt , Pepper, sesame oil to taste, adjust to evenly and let stand for about ten minutes.

Put the minced meat on the won stew skin and wrap it according to your own customary wrapping method!

Add a proper amount of water to the boiling pot, add a spoonful of lard, a spoonful of salt, pour the wrapped won stew into the pot, cover and bring to a boil, turn to a low heat, simmer for 1, 2 minutes and the pot is ready!
