Summer is here, and I always don’t want to eat hot things. Of course, the quick and delicious cold noodles are my new favorites. I just took a picture, and I’ll post a tutorial that doesn’t count as a tutorial~"

Sichuan Cold Noodles~~

1. Chop garlic and add water to make garlic water.

2. The peanuts are good for deep frying in a hot pan.

3. Cut into peanuts and set aside.

4. Shred cucumber and carrot, blanch bean sprouts for later use.

5. Start cooking the noodles.

6. Cook the noodles until they are ripe, and place the pot in cold water.

7. After the cold water is over, add sesame oil and mix well to prevent noodles.

8. Use appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence, monosodium glutamate, pepper noodles and chili oil to make a bowl of juice for later use.

9. Next, put the noodles, sliced cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, and bean sprouts on a plate, top with the sauce made before, add chopped peanuts and spring onions to complete it.

10. The final product picture is delicious enough to explode.

Tips:

Don't overcook the noodles, otherwise the taste will be bad. Just adjust the sauce according to your own taste. Isn't it super simple?
