1. Cut the tofu into 1.5 cm square pieces.

2. Boil in the water.

3. Sheng out and spare.

4. Cut the beef into small pieces.

5. Mince the onion, ginger and garlic separately.

6. Heat the pan with oil, first put a little green onion and ginger in the pan.

7. Add beef cubes and stir fry until the color changes.

8. Add Pixian Douban and half of the pepper powder.

9. Fried red oil.

10. Add tofu again.

11. Stir fry for a minute.

12. Add water, salt, and five-spice powder, stir well and cook for one minute.

13. Pour water starch.

14. Stir-fry to thicken.

15. Put it out of the pot and put it on a plate, then sprinkle the tofu with minced garlic, chopped green onion, pepper powder, and peppercorns.

16. Add another spoonful of hot oil.

Tips:

The amount of sesame pepper and Pixian Douban should be added according to personal taste.

It is best to use sesame pepper, as the flavor is more positive than using pepper.
