Shaobai, a Sichuan-Chongqing special dish of the Han nationality, is a Bashu folk dish with strong local characteristics. The salty roasted white is usually based on the sprouts from Yibin, Sichuan; when the roasted white is served on the table, the aroma is overflowing and makes people salivate.

Sichuan Salty Braised White

1. Prepare ingredients, pork, broken rice sprouts, Knorr chicken noodles

2. Put the pork into the pot and cook until 7 or 8 minutes cooked
