Spicy crabs made with fresh sea crabs are tender, spicy and fragrant, and the taste is really beautiful.

Sichuan Spicy Crab

1. Wash the sea crab and cut it in half

2. Mince ginger garlic and chili

3. Stir-fry ginger and garlic in a frying pan

4. Add sea crabs and stir-fry to change color, add cooking wine

5. Put steamed fish soy sauce

6. Put salt and sugar

7. Bring to a boil with water and high heat, then change to medium and low heat

Tips:
