Sichuan Style Roasted Chicken Wings

Prepare materials

Cut the chicken wings a few times with a knife, or use a toothpick to pierce some holes in the chicken wings. Grab them with cooking wine, sugar, salt, and starch, and marinate for 30 minutes

Put the seasoning in a bowl and mix well

Heat in a frying pan, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides
