A very homely dish, if you like spicy food, don’t miss it~

Sichuan Style Roasted Chicken Wings

1. Prepare materials

2. Cut the chicken wings a few times with a knife, or use a toothpick to pierce some holes in the chicken wings. Grab them with cooking wine, sugar, salt, and starch, and marinate for 30 minutes

3. Put the seasoning in a bowl and mix well

4. Heat in a frying pan, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides

5. Fry it in with a toothpick until no blood comes out

6. Pick up and spare

7. Remaining oil in the pot

8. Put in the well-mixed seasoning

9. Add ginger and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. I use scallion oil, so I didn’t put the minced onion

10. Add the chicken wings, cover the pot, adjust the heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes

11. Re-enjoy the juice

Tips:

1. For the soup spoon in the picture, 1 spoon is 15 grams;
2. You can also replace chicken wings with ribs~
