Tips:
1. Add some salt when making noodles to make the noodles more chewy
2. It's better to rub the noodles slightly, because the noodles will expand after they are cooked, so I made it a bit thick
3. You can put some crushed peanuts, cooked sesame seeds or other things according to your preference
