Combination of bean sprouts vegetables and crucian carp, with self-dried shiitake mushroom soup, is delicious, nutritionally balanced, and has many therapeutic effects. It is a nourishing and health-care soup suitable for all ages.

Silver Bud Shiitake Mushroom Crucian Fish Soup

1. Remove the intestines, gills, and scales of the crucian carp

2. Crucian carp wrapped in flour

3. Pick up the frying pan and fry the peppercorns in the pan

4. The crucian carp is fried in the pan and served out

5. Add green onion, ginger and garlic to the skillet

6. Put the fried crucian carp into the pot and add some water to boil

7. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in advance

8. Cut off the roots of mung bean sprouts, wash and soak in cold water for 10 minutes

9. After the crucian carp is boiled, the mushrooms are cooked in the pot

10. After 30 minutes, the silver buds are cooked in the pot

11. Add salt and white pepper, turn off the heat, stir evenly and serve

Tips:

1. It is safer and more hygienic to eat bean sprouts after soaking;
2. Fry the peppercorns fragrant and then fry the fish, you can remove the fishy to get fresh
3. The time to cook the fish varies according to the size of the fish.
