Simmered Water Spinach

Remove leaves and stalks of water spinach.

Boil water in a pot and prepare the ingredients. The liquid seasoning is light soy sauce and a mixture of pepper oil and vinegar.

After the water is boiled, blanch the water spinach and put a few drops of oil into the water.

The blanched water spinach is too cold.

The chopped ingredients, like large garlic, the garlic is not chopped too much.

After the water has passed, the water spinach is split with a bamboo stick.

If all the chopped water spinach is too long, you can cut it with kitchen scissors.

Put part of the chili, garlic and the seasoning prepared in step 2 on top of the spinach.
9.
Heat oil in a pot, saute garlic chili and peppercorns until fragrant.
10.
Pour the hot oil on the water spinach with the small ingredients.
11.
Just mix well. Serve and eat while mixing.
Tips:
Blanch the vegetables and add a few drops of oil to maintain the color.
After the vegetables are blanched, they are sufficiently cool to keep the crispy texture of the vegetables.
The taste of the mixed vegetables depends on your own taste, and there is no rule to follow.
