Simple and Easy to Preserve Green Chili Sauce

Chop chili, mince ginger

Minced garlic

Add white wine, salt, light soy sauce, pepper noodles

Mix them and flatten them

Wrap in plastic wrap and cover it for four or five days

After a few days, open it and put it in a small container. When eating, use a spoon to dig a spoon and fry it with oil.
Tips:
It is best to wear a pair of glasses when chopping chili sauce, otherwise you can’t open your eyes if it's spicy, and your hands that have chopped chili are so painful that you can scrub with white wine, which is very useful. This pickled chili sauce is mainly used for cooking and is not suitable for direct consumption.
