Simple Bacon Fried Rice

Peel and dice carrots.

Cook the green peas with water and drain them out.

Dice bacon, mine is a thin piece of bacon, it is really unsightly.

Put oil in the wok and fry the eggs well.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan, the bacon will be oily, so don't put too much.

Stir-fry the carrots first.
7.
Put the bacon and fry to get the oil.
8.
Add eggs and a small amount of soy sauce with green peas and continue to stir fry until the aroma is released.

Finally, stir-fry the cold-dried rice in a pan, add some salt to the pan.
