Simple Version Big Boiled Dried Shreds

Cut the thick louver into shreds, blanch in hot water for half a minute and remove it for later use. In another pot, add chicken broth (you can use thick soup treasure instead), add dried shreds, shrimps, and carrot shreds to a boil over high heat, add a little salt, simmer on low heat, and finally add small green vegetables.

Cook until the dried shreds absorb enough umami and you can get out of the pot!
