Simple Version Mixed Cold Skin

Peel the cucumber, shred and set aside.

Cut cold skin into long strips.

Take a bowl and pour the aged vinegar according to personal preference.

Then add light soy sauce.

As well as salt and white sugar.

Finally, add a little sesame oil.

Stir all the spices.

Pour into the cold skin and stir evenly.

Sprinkle the cucumber shreds.

Finally, add a little crispy peanuts and mix well.
