Simple Version of Kimchi
1.
Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, and parsley are all cleaned.
2.
Put all the dishes into a container, add salt and mix well.
3.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for ten minutes.
4.
Pour excess water from the marinated vegetables, add light soy sauce, oil consumption, sesame oil, and chili oil.
5.
Stir well.
