Sin Chew is another name for Singapore. Whether this dish of fried rice noodles originated in Singapore is unclear. Cantonese restaurants and tea restaurants often eat this fried rice noodles. The ingredients can be used freely, but curry is essential. Rice noodles are the best. Just use Taiwanese Hsinchu rice noodles, which are refreshing and not easy to break when fried."

Sin Chew Fried Rice Noodles
