Add a little salt to the white flour, half of it with boiling water, and half of it with cold water to make dough, and wake for half an hour.

When the noodles are awake, chop the meat into meat fillings, add glutinous rice (I added rice here, stir well), then cut carrots, black fungus, lotus vegetables, and mushrooms into small particles and add them to the meat fillings. Stir well.

Add light soy sauce, oil consumption, thirteen spices, sugar, and salt to the meat, stir well, then add sesame oil and stir well.

When the noodles wake up, cut them into small squeezes and roll them into the shape of dumpling wrappers.

Wrap the stuffing in the skin like this, don't seal it, you can steam it in the basket after wrapping.
