Siu Mai

The glutinous rice needs to be soaked the night before. Cut some diced pork and marinate in scallion and ginger oil. Seal it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. The main ingredients are peas, glutinous rice, diced pork, carrots, and mushrooms. I also put two sausages.

Dice sausage, carrots and mushrooms, put all the ingredients together and mix well, add some salt.

Shao Mai Pi uses dumpling skins. Roll out the dumpling skins, put them in the prepared fillings, pinch them tightly with your hands, and steam them on the pot for forty minutes.
