1. Prepare 50g slices of green and red pepper

2. 200g pork cut into pieces

3. Pour pork cubes into the bowl, add 3g light soy sauce, 5g cumin powder, 3g pepper, 5g cooking wine, 2g salt, 5g oyster sauce, marinate for 20 minutes

4. Put the skewers into the oven after brushing with oil

5. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes

6. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cumin powder out of the pot to finish
