Cut the meat into sections, break the green pepper into pieces, mince the green onion, ginger, and garlic. After the starch is soaked in water, pour out the excess water

After marinating the meat with cooking wine, use starch to make it evenly

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add the meat section and fry it until it is shaped and remove it. Increase the oil temperature and re-fry the meat section until the outside is charred and tender inside.

Mix bowl of juice (salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, starch, water, mix thoroughly)

Pour out the oil in the pot, add the onion, ginger, garlic and sauté

Pour the juice in a bowl, heat until thick, add the meat and stir evenly

Serving a plate

The meat has to be fried twice
