Slippery Steamed Chicken--bawanghua Red Date Steamed Chicken

After the chicken is slaughtered, cut into small pieces (please ignore the two large drumsticks in the picture, which are reserved for my baby)

Cut ginger into shreds, pit and cut red dates in half, wash goji berries and set aside
