Slow-cooked Meatballs and Tofu Deep in One Pot Stew

Wash the peppercorns, crush the green onion and ginger, and soak in warm water.

Add salt to the minced meat and stir, add the water from step 1 in portions, stir well, then add the soybean paste and cornstarch and stir evenly.

Use two spoons to make meatballs, put them in slightly boiled water, keep the heat on low, and let the meatballs shape.

The tofu is fried until golden brown.

Put the tofu into the pot of boiled meatballs, add a piece of Knorr [Stew Series Thick Soup Bao], and simmer for 20 minutes on medium and low heat.
