Small Bone Loofah Rice

Soak the rice for four hours in advance, marinate the ribs for half an hour after blanching

Start the rice cooker and add a little oil. After the oil is hot, add ingredients such as star anise ginger and fragrant leaves and fry it until it is fragrant. Then add the ribs and put it in a bowl of water. After half an hour, add the rice.

When it's done, put the cut loofah into the rice with a little salt, and stir well for 15 minutes.
Tips:
If you don’t like loofah, you can replace it with cucumbers or your favorite vegetables!
